Andrew Tate has allegedly been blocked from having any visitors while in Romanian custody, according to a claim from his brother Tristan Tate on Twitter. In December 2022, Andrew Tate’s house in Romania was raided by authorities, which led to the arrest of Andrew, his brother Tristan, and two others. They’ve since remained in custody, recently attempting to appeal for early release for the second time, and are currently set to be released on February 27, 2023. Andrew revealed that he was allowed to make a list of visitors back in January, but according to his brother Tristan, he has been blocked from having visitors since. On February 5, 2023, Tristan Tate posted on Twitter claiming that the situation has changed. “Andrew has not been permitted a single visitor in prison,” he said in his tweet. Andrew Tate tried to approach a 16 years old Romanian teenager on social media.

Daria Gosa was 16 years old and still in school. She says she received a private message on Instagram from celebrity influencer Andrew Tate, who is almost 20 years her senior. "It was written in Romanian and added flirty emojis," Daria said. "I'm confused because I have 200 followers and it's a private account." She was one of two teenagers who told the BBC how Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan contacted her online. "It was obvious we were in high school," Daria said. “Our bio included high school and everything. I think he was trying to find girls that I thought were innocent or naive." He showed us a screenshot of a message he never responded to. But he says some of his friends do.  Daria, who is currently studying at a university in England, is the daughter of a prominent Romanian politician.
